I built the X1 around a problem I knew personally: the body is in bed, but the mind is still at work. Meditation apps meant more screen time. Supplements felt like guesswork. I wanted something physical, simple and finite—a ritual with a clear beginning and a clear end.

That idea became a long process of engineering, prototyping and testing. The goal was not to add more technology to bedtime, but to make the technology feel almost invisible: put it on, choose a comfortable level and let the session close itself.

Every part of the X1 reflects that intention: no app, no account, three physical buttons and an approximately 15-minute session. I would rather earn your trust with an honest, thoughtfully engineered product than with promises I cannot stand behind.
